We are blessed....there is no better way to say it!
This weekend, while not what I had planned for Kyle's 30th Birthday, proved the point at how blessed we really are. Even though we haven't had hot water at our house since Thursday, we are blessed to have Andy right down the street and willing to spend all day in the basement working on the plumbing in our house. Not to mention Kyle, who worked on it until 11 pm last night when he had to work this morning, just so the boys and I could have a warm house.
We have amazing Grandmothers for our baby boys who have kept us very well supplied in food. I probably won't have to cook for a few months thanks to both of their efforts. As well other family members who call just to check in on Ollie & Liam (oh and me too)!
Our second "family" or otherwise known as our great Meeker friends, who we had a wonderful time with last night. Ollie was snuggled in the arms of people while he quietly slept. Liam was busy playing with friends, making his rounds begging for food and being held by whoever had an open lap that looked comfortable.
Finally we are so blessed by our little family. We have two sweet, amazing and healthy boys. They each have a little bit of me, a little bit of Kyle, and now a little bit of each other in them, but somehow are perfectly themselves.
We could not ask for more this Christmas!
We are BLESSED!
